1. General Provisions

om777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, address, and payment method at any time. If the required documents (national ID, payment screenshots, etc.) are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount at om777 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers via major commercial banks in Bangladesh. No other methods are currently accepted.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such deposits may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Failed Transactions

om777 is not liable for transactions that fail due to technical errors or other reasons. However, for confirmed failed transactions, please contact our team for assistance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete betting of 15 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• A bonus applies to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• om777 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be placed under review.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in all winnings being forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

om777's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase with each tier — starting at 0.2% at Bronze and going up to 0.8% at Diamond level. VIP benefits apply subject to meeting the conditions of the relevant tier.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Markets & Results

Results for sports betting, live casino, and slot games are determined based on the rules of the relevant provider. If a round or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, om777 may cancel or reschedule it as needed.

6.2 Betting Limits

om777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for various games and markets. These limits may change and will be stated on the relevant page.

6.3 Technical Issues

om777 is not liable if a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, device issues, or other reasons. The server-side record shall be considered final.
